Abstract:

We describe a tool based on evolutionary computation, developed with the aim of identifying the several factors that increase the risk of complex diseases. These factors are some Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (SNPs). This tool, by using genetic algorithms, obtains rules which would help determine if a patient can develop such disease
